What We Will Feature This Year...
8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday November 11th, 2023
First Lutheran Church in Southington, CT is raising funds to continue to fund our community outreach programs; which include providing the protein shelf at the Southington Community Services filled and Covenant to Care Adopt-a-Social Worker program to provide needed items to local youth. We began a community garden, where all the produce harvested is donated to those in need as determined through our town’s social services programs. Since 2014 our community garden, the Garden of Loaves and Fishes, we have donated over 35,000 lbs of fresh produce to Southington Community Services. We also award a college scholarship to a graduating senior at the Southington High School Awards Night.
This is our 13th Holiday Fair. It features two floors of vendors and crafters; no two are alike. We also have a Cupcake Walk featuring more than 30 varieties of gourmet cupcakes, Bake Sale, and Lunch from our Kitchen - pulled pork with apple coleslaw, German potato salad, and sauerkraut, chili and so much more. We also have two separate raffles and a silent auction.
